Mike Happe
President and CEO
Michael Happe was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Winnebago Industries in January of 2016. He also serves on the board of the Winnebago Industries Foundation. Mr. Happe is responsible for the overall vision, strategic direction, and performance of the Winnebago Industries enterprise, and especially accountable for nurturing and strengthening a culture that cares deeply for its employees and customers. Under his leadership, Winnebago Industries has grown from a single Winnebago product brand to a premium portfolio of outdoor brands with several major acquisitions including Grand Design RV, Chris-Craft, Newmar, and Barletta Boats. Prior to joining the company, he served most recently as an Executive Officer and Group Vice President at The Toro Company. During his 19 years at Toro, he held a series of senior leadership positions across a variety of their domestic and international divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the William Allen White School at the University of Kansas and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He currently sits on the board of directors for another publicly listed NYSE company, H.B. Fuller, and is active in several community, academic, and outdoor / manufacturing industry boards. Mr. Happe’s knowledge of all aspects of the business as CEO and his drive for excellence position him well to serve on the Board. His extensive experience and positions rising in complexity and breadth at Toro, including global business affairs, brings further expertise in corporate leadership and development and execution of business growth strategy.
Bryan Hughes
CFO, SVP, Finance and IT
Mr. Hughes has served as Chief Financial Officer, since May 15, 2017. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Mr. Hughes spent more than 25 years in financial leadership roles, including the past 20 years at Ecolab, Inc., a global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Most recently, Mr. Hughes was the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. He was previously Ecolab's Vice President of Finance for the company's Global Institutional business.
Ray Posadas
VP, Investor Relations and Market Intelligence
Mr. Posadas has served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Market Intelligence since September 2022. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Posadas served as Managing Director of Investor Relations for Allison Transmission, a leading designer and manufacturer of propulsion solutions for commercial and defense vehicles. While at Allison, Posadas led the company’s investor relations efforts and was the company spokesperson for the investment community. Previously, he served as an Advisor at Arbor Advisory and Solebury Capital Group, where he designed and implemented strategic investor relations programs for clients across a broad range of industries. Posadas began his career in financial services at Goldman Sachs and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Science from Pace University in New York.
Ashis Bhattacharya
SVP, Business Development and Advanced Technology
Mr. Bhattacharya has served as a Vice President of Winnebago Industries since June 1, 2016. He was named Senior Vice President in September of 2020 and assumed added responsibility for Enterprise Marketing at that time. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Bhattacharya was Vice President, Strategy, Alliances & Internet of Things (IoT) for the Sensing & Productivity Solutions division at Honeywell. Prior to that role, Bhattacharya was Vice President, Global Marketing & Business Development for the Sensing & Control division. Before joining Honeywell, he was employed with Moog, Motorola and Bain & Company in a variety of roles including a role with Moog as Group Vice President – Global Marketing.
Amber Holm
SVP, Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Holm has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer since July 2022. Holm has more than two decades of experience leading marketing and brand management for top consumer brands across multiple industries. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Holm served as Vice President, Brands at Newell Brands where she led the global housewares business, including Rubbermaid, Calphalon, and Ball Canning, achieving record sales growth. Previously, she spent six years at Bridgestone Americas as Vice President of Marketing, overseeing the Bridgestone and Firestone tire brands and 13 years at General Mills in multiple roles on a variety of brands including Pillsbury and Cheerios.
Chris West
SVP, Enterprise Operations and Barletta Boats
Mr. West serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and joined the Company on September 26, 2016. Prior to Joining Winnebago Industries, West was Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Joy Global, a worldwide mining equipment manufacturer. Prior to that position he was Vice President of Manufacturing at Joy Global. Other positions West has held include Director of Manufacturing for AGCO Corporation, an agricultural equipment manufacturer and Director of Operations for the Nordam Group, a manufacturer of aircraft interiors.
